Norway attack: Right-wing extremism emerging? [BARF ALERT!]
MSNBC ^ | July 23, 2011 | William Maclean

LONDON — A report that Norway's bomb and gun rampage may be the work of a far-right militant confronts Europe with the possibility that a new paramilitary threat is emerging, a decade after al-Qaida's Sept. 11 attacks.

One analyst called the attacks possibly Europe's "Oklahoma City" moment, a reference to American right-wing militant Timothy McVeigh who detonated a truck bomb at a federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168 people.

Police forces in many western European countries worry about rising far-right sentiment, fueled by a toxic mix of anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant bigotry and increasing economic hardship.

How odd. Not one mention of the rising world wide threat of muslim terrorism. It's like they consider the jihadists their close friends. They go out of their way to cover for them every time.
There are thousands of muslims ready and waiting to kill millions of innocent people around the globe, yet they focus all their time and energy on one crazy man!!!
These people need to get a real life. Their priorities are all messed up. They're going to get us all killed someday if they don't wise up.

The Norwegians will find out the truth behind these acts and our media will ignore the facts. Just you all watch what develops.

That's the same thing I said to my daughter when I heard this story. It's like, somehow, the pieces don't fit quite right. I can't explain it, but something doesn't seem right somewhere.
I think, someday, the truth will rise to the top. People are dead. That's a given, but the story behind it needs a little more investigating.

“If that were the case, his target would’ve been Norwegian Muslims. ....of whom there are millions. “

The entire population of Norway is only 4.9M.

The attempt to tie the Norwegian terror attacks to “neocons” and “Zionists” has begun in earnest:

Terry Nichols was in contact with Abu Sayyaf in the Phillipines a few months before the Oklahoma City bombing.

MvVeigh was an admitted Agnostic.

I guess he found out the truth the moment of his execution.

European politics and American politics can’t be compared. It’s apples and oranges.

Just read this sentence (Saturday evening) and my red flags went up: "Police said the suspected gunman, Anders Behring Breivik, described as a Christian fundamentalist with extreme right-wing views, put up no resistance when officers finally arrived on Utoya to apprehend him."(LATimes)

I think Anders Behring Breivik is an agent provocateur for the left.

He will be that, whether or not it was his intent.

I want to know his motive. Did he go blasting a generation of leftists over the Norwegian left having let his country be overrun with muslims? Is this guy a self-styled nationalist run amok?

It’ll all come out in the wash, I expect, but we’ll have to filter it out of the media spin cycle.

worry about rising far-right sentiment, fueled by a toxic mix of anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant bigotry

If that were the case, his target would've been Norwegian Muslims

It was a case of political partisan extremism. It is reported that the camp was run by the ruling political party that the Norwegian Prime Minister belongs to.

The analogy would be a liberal nutjob carrying out a massacre at a Young Republicans summer camp when Bush was President or a conservative nutjob carrying out a massacre at a Young Democrats summer camp when Obama is President.

In this case, it was a massacre directed specifically against the youth camp of the Norwegian Labor Party.

Police have detained a 32-year-old Norwegian man who they suspect opened fire on scores at the ruling Labour Party's youth camp on Utoya Island,

But let’s go to the root cause of this alleged rise in “right-wing militancy” and “anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant bigotry”.

Muslims immigrate to European countries, and riot, rape, and impose their religion on the native, indigenous Europeans. Left-wing politicians enable them, take their side in all disputes, and kowtow to them.

The economy worsens, due to the aforementioned politicians’ misrule, and the native, indigenous Europeans must compete in the labor market with ethnic Muslims who, used to a lower standard of living, accept lower pay.

Of course the native, indigenous Europeans lash out, both at the government that fails to represent their interests, and at the Muslim immigrants whose interest the government represents at the expense of the indigenous peoples of Europe.

Right-wing militancy thus follows as surely as the American Indians’ attacks on westward bound wagon trains. Their way of life and homeland is threatened, and so they retaliate.

The solution is not to suppress right-wing militants, who are merely the symptom, but to address the root of the problem, which is left-wing politicians coddling ethnic Muslim immigrants at the expense of all others.

Good parody?

To me it was clear that this could not be a muslim attack. Arab terrorists would be far too dumb to do act with such efficiency. They need at least between 200 and 300 idiots committing suicide to kill 90 people. I think we have to live with the fact, that this was somehow a crazy Norwegian nazi.

Sad but true.

You said:

“...If that were the case, his target would’ve been Norwegian Muslims. ....of whom there are millions...”

This is wrong.

The youth camp on this island was organized by the Social democratic party. Multicultural Socialists.

He had a perfect motive for his crime.
