Obama: Stop insults and compromise over debt (Stop Lying Obama)

Barack Obama called Saturday for an end to insults and demands in the negotiations over the debt ceiling, after they broke down Friday night.

In his weekly address, ahead of an emergency meeting at the White House Saturday morning, the president said that the government had spent more money than it takes in for year and result was "a lot of debt on our nation's credit card."

This debt would "weaken our economy, cause higher interest rates for families, and force us to scale back things like education and Medicare" unless action was taken, Obama said.

"Now, folks in Washington like to blame one another for this problem," he said. "But the truth is, neither party is blameless. And both parties have a responsibility to do something about it.

"Democrats and Republicans have to work together. It means we need to put aside our differences to do what's right for the country," Obama added.

"We can come together for the good of the country and reach a compromise; we can strengthen our economy and leave for our children a more secure future," he said. "Or we can issue insults and demands and ultimatums at each another, withdraw to our partisan corners, and achieve nothing."

It’s not so much that Obama is lying, he is doing the best he can. Obama has dyscalculia. He has no grasp of numbers. Any 4th grade educator can see that. And all of our politicians and news media pretend they are referring to a person who is playing with a full deck. Why didn’t the news media say, “What’s he talking about, 57 states?” They didn’t say anything, because they already knew he had been a Learning Disabled affirmative action student. That is why all of his school records have been sealed. How long is this charade going to last?

You’re right...this guy is a complete media invention. Tip offs come when he mispronounces common words like “corpse” for “corps”, or misuses “intercontinental” for “transcontinental”...repeatedly.

The media covers for him...but as time goes by, everyday folks are beginning to understand that they were sold an Obama who does not exist in reality.

He makes constantly makes cultural mistakes. He’s not one of us. I would still like to know how he comes by a social security numbers issued in Connecticut in 1977, while he was living and working in Hawaill in 1975.

Many basic questions about Obama’s past have yet to be asked by the media. College grades and senior thesis remain sealed. Ditto his wife’s.

The media would NEVER allow a Republican president this degree of secrecy.

When the Cry-Baby-in-Chief petulantly DEMANDS that Speaker Boehner appear before the presidential throne at 11:00 AM today, Boehner should have told him he was through meeting and was going home to Ohio. There is nothing to talk about if BO continues the shop-worn Dem tactic of raising taxes now and promising to cut spending later....which they never get around to doing.

After listening to the President's press conference today, let's keep in mind the following:

This is the same president who proposed an absurdly irresponsible budget that would increase our debt by trillions of dollars, and whose party failed to even put forward a budget in over 800 days! This is the same president who is pushing our country to the brink because of his reckless spending on things like the nearly trillion dollar "stimulus" boondoggle.

This is the same president who ignored his own debt commission's recommendations and demonized the voices of fiscal sanity who proposed responsible plans to reform our entitlement programs and rein in our dangerous debt trajectory. This is the same president who wanted to push through an increase in the debt ceiling that didn't include any cuts in government spending! This is the same president who wants to slam Americans with tax hikes to cover his reckless spending, but has threatened to veto a bill proposing a balanced budget amendment.

This is the same president who hasn't put forward a responsible plan himself, but has rejected reasonable proposals that would tackle our debt. This is the same president who still refuses to understand that the American electorate rejected his big government agenda last November. As I said in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Tax Day Tea Party rally, "We don't want it. We can't afford it. And we are unwilling to pay for it."

Now the President is outraged because the GOP House leadership called his bluff and ended discussions with him because they deemed him an obstruction to any real solution to the debt crisis.

He has been deemed a lame duck president. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such.

His foreign policy strategy has been described as "leading from behind." Well, that's his domestic policy strategy as well. Why should he be surprised that he's been left behind in the negotiations when he's been leading from behind on this debt crisis?

Thank you, GOP House leaders. Please don't get wobbly on us now.

2012 can't come soon enough.

Usually when a President's party gets an election reaming, as he did in 2010, the President moves to the middle. Zer0, who fancies himself a king, is pedal-to-the-metal for the cliff edge.

Conservatives should call a press conference three times a day exposing the fraudulent behavior of the rats. Do what's right. The country is depending on you.

Refuse to raise the debt ceiling! The interest is killing us. It will keep growing until we stop this insane game of borrowing perpetually.
