While I don’t believe in “hate crime” as a crime, I do believe hate should be a factor in sentencing, along with the various other factors commonly used. But just as a hate determination can be made because of the victim’s religion, so should it also be for the attacker’s.

Take religion out of this, and you have some guys who beat up another. A standard jail sentence might teach them a lesson, and they wouldn’t be too likely to do it again. But this guy thinks his deed was righteous because of his religion, so he would definitely do it again given the chance. Lack of remorse and refusal to repent should result in a much longer prison sentence. He needs to be locked up for a very long time for the safety of the society.

“He needs to be locked up for a very long time for the safety of the society.”

History is brim full of examples of why Muslim behavior is best changed by killing said Muslim.

Learn from history of repeat it. Sadly, the Aussies have a brutal lesson about to be taught to them by Islam/Muslims.
