"Clean Energy" is anything except dirty coal.

The Clean Energy legislation presently in Senate Committee requires that by 2035 only 20% of electricity can be generated using dirty coal.

Nat Gas, nukes, renewables, biomass, clean coal are clean.

Nukes are off the table and Zero and Co. don’t want any kind of coal.
