The GOP should schedule meeting after meeting after meeting with the President. Each meeting should last 4 hours. The reason? This guy says he quit smoking. Everyone knows how irritable a person can get while trying to quit smoking. He will blow eventually and it will drive him nuts.

I believe when the negotiations ended with Barry running out screaming like a 14 year old...which proved he lost the negotiation...they saw how insane and over his head he is/was...they had no choice but to bypass this loony...otherwise, they'd have to either invoke the 25th or start impeachment proceedings...

He is having a huge birthday gala on Aigust 3. HE wanted this by August 2 so he wouldn’t have to cancel it, but it looks like he won’t get it and I bet he has the party anyway.
