Why doesn’t he just run as a Democrat and spare us the annoyance?

Don’t jump to any conclusions—there is far more to the story than this.

I wouldn’t sign their stupid pledge either and I can tell you that my refusal to sign it wouldn’t have a thing to do with gay marriage and the pledge had little to do with gay marriage.

Evil. There is not difference between voting for nobama or romney.

I will not vote for romney.

I will do everything I can to replace the Repub party completely if he is the nominee.

Actually, I see that happening anyway within a few years. The Repub brand makes no sense any more.

It is time for establishments and rinos to either get with the conservative program or go democrat or independent and be done with it.

Right! He's a homosexual loving democrat! So why doesn't he just leave us alone.

Run against Obambi as a democrat . . . just go away . . . and take your stupid health care with you.

It’s over for Romney. He is going to end up embarrassed like Giuliani was in the last election cycle.

You are right. "Front runner" Romney is
out hiding, afraid to confront Obama.
The only bravery Romney ever has had
is against Gov. Palin's children.

He's pro-gay marriage. He didn't lift a finger to prevent it from being implemented in Massachusetts.

Romney is a lying maggot.

Oh goody - are we going to get hung up on stupid look-at-me pledges and purity tests (again) rather than defeating the enemy?

A football team comprised of 22 defensive players cannot function let alone win.

Yes there is. When he was governor he increased the funding for the so called “Governors Commission on Gay and Lesbian Youth” or some such thing to $250,000 dollars. A quarter of a million when the state was in financial crises. The pledge is very straightforward and doesn’t have any I gotchas. He did the same with the Pro-Life Pledge which also was very straightforward. He did manage to sign Grover Norquists Tax pledge so it isn’t like he just doesn’t sign stupid pledges.

I think all the pledges are dumb and no one should sign them.

I reached that conclusion when the more I researched his record the more I had to ask myself how any conservative fiscal or otherwise could support then man from a policy perspective. His job creation record isn’t even any good in MA. He actually had to be stopped by the Democrats from raising draconian fees on businesses in MA and the cincher is that 2/3s of his judicial appointments were liberal Dems and Dem leaning independents. A couple were outright gay activists and one of these judges let out a violent criminal which killed a newlywed couple over $50. There are consequences to electing these guys. A nice suit, good hair, and a beautiful family won’t go very far when our principles and policies are steamrolled because someone doesn’t have the fight or the will to stand by them.

Actually he did lift a finger. He ordered that it be implemented.
