Polls show there's an anti-Mormon bias among voters - especially Democrats, more than a quarter of whom say they wouldn't vote for a Mormon. But this video of a Memphis Fox affiliate ridiculing Mitt Romney about his religion is a real wake-up call [video]. The whole news segment appears to be about Mormonism and the 2012 election, but skip ahead to the 3:20 mark for the worst of it [video].

I think its time for an Amish president. They seem pretty good at leaving things the hell alone.
I will say that I don’t like Romney for various reasons but I have no issue with the man being a Mormon. It disturbs me immensely that a reporter will mock someone being Mormon when we have no idea of the religion of the POTUS. (We have strong feelings what he is but no one has ever said he is X and X only). Once again, a double standard.
A Daoist President could turn us around in a heartbeat. But he would require a Daoist Congress. And line-item veto power. ;)
If Romney acted like a Mormon instead of just another slimy politician, he would actually be more attractive of a candidate.

I dislike Romneys politics. I don’t like RINOS. His religion should have nothing to do with running for president. Mormons love the Lord also and that’s good enough for me.

Much worse gets said about Christians by the media, they usually are soft or even protective of the anti-Christian cults, like many of the atheists here at FR.

The question asked at 3:20 is not mocking it is an actual belief of mormonISM. This entire video was not mocking mormons is was mocking mormonISM.
The greenies would love it, we would all have to give up our cars and ride buggies...

I just watched all six minutes and six seconds of it, and must have missed it entirely.
