The DREAM Act would give Americanized children of illegal immigrants a chance to obtain citizenship and remain in the country that they have come to call home.

Once the “child” reaches 21, he/she can sponsor their parents, siblings, wife, etc. to be here. That is how the Dream Act becomes an amnesty for millions.
