So assume you are a parent (if you aren’t one already). You come home and find your child dying. Does that mean you killed or abused him/her? Not necessarily. Is it probable? sure but juries are supposed to rely on more than mere probabilities.

Oh no I would wrap duct tape around my dying child and wrap that dying child into trash bags and put them in the trunk of my car until I could figure out what to do next when the smell got to the point I had to abandon my car next to a dumpster. Then I would go with my latest main squeeze to Blockbuster rent a movie and spend the next 24 hours having 'high' sex with my latest main squeeze. Beyond ridiculous and as close to demonic as can possibly be demonstrated by our hip and hopping culture.

I agree the way she handled her daughter’s death was disgusting. And I also believe she likely did kill her. But does her acting so morally irresponsible prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that she killed her daughter instead of suffer a psychotic breakdown or try to hide her daughter’s body for whatever reason? Nope. She was undoubtedly a terrible mother and likely did kill her daughter. Can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she did indeed kill her, however? Nope.
