Not true. There was very hard evidence in the Peterson case including batches of bricks and cement used to weight down the body found in Peterson's possession and receipts for the duct tape used to wrap the body.

You are wrong - there was as much if not more evidence in this case, including the fact that caylee wasn’t old enough to drive off by herself - she was in her mother’s custody when she died. Lacy Peterson could drive away and could have been thought to have met with foul play
