ASPEN, Col. Bill Clinton thinks Mitt Romney is much improved from his last presidential run, admits he kind of likes Jon Huntsman, and says Michele Bachmann is looking like a better candidate" than he thought.
...
But, yknow, I like the governors: I like Huntsman and Romney. Romneys a MUCH better candidate than he was last time, because hes not apologizing for signing the health-care bill. Hes got another creative way of saying we oughta repeal Obamacare, but thats probly the price of gettin the nomination.
Huntsman hasnt said what hes for yet, but I just kinda like him. [laughter] He LOOKS authentic he looks like a real guy. [laughter] I mean, a real human being. I like his family, I like his kind of iconoclastic way. And he was a pretty good governor. And he wasnt a right-wing ideologue.
Bachmanns been a better candidate than I THOUGHT shed be, and I dont agree with her on nearly anything. But shes got a very compelling personal story, and she gotta lot of juice, and she turns [on] a lot of those anti-government crowd.

He misses the limelight.
Look for the primary voters in the GOP primaries to SUPRISE Clinton next year.
Billy Jeff speaks. No one cares.
I don't. Many still see Clinton as the reason for the "peace and prosperity" of the 90's, and I have no doubt the Democrats and their MSM mouthpieces will try to invoke the memory of "Clinton's economy" during the next election. We can't let this go unchallenged.
The surprise for him would be if one of his picks was the nominee.
Clinton knows what he is doing. This isn’t about Bill. It is about the name Clinton.
It is free press for Hillary.
Something is up in the Clinton household.
Who REALLY cares what Bill Clinton thinks. He is a “has been”, impeaced, disgrase to this nation.
Crawl back under your rock there Billy boy.
Hey slick, put a sock in your ignorant, lying mouth. No one with an iota of intelligence gives a rat’s a$$ what you think. Oh, and put some ice on it - not just your coke-swollen proboscis, but your whole ugly face.
Clinton, looking trim and sounding vital, gave his meandering critique of the presidential field in a last-minute, hourlong appearance in a huge white tent at the Aspen Ideas Festival...
He went on to say he has always thought Obama would win. The centrist, crunchy crowd applauded.
ERROR! ERROR! Does not compute! Does not compute!
Not likely, I remember reading something about Obamas economists actually trying to bury the economy of the 90's and pretending it didn't happen. If you compare Clinton and Obama, under any, hell, under every circumstance, Obama still looks like a miserable failure. Note that Zero hasn't hired many of the same folks that Clinton had for his economics team (in fact, only a handful). Obama is a failure by every single solitary stretch, compared to every single president, from both political parties.
If anything, don't be surprised if they try to bury Clinton somewhere, his claiming (though false) of the "good old days" is a reminder of how screwed up this administration is. Its quite telling, that after Clinton did that press conference, where Obama left to play golf or go to a party or whatever, Clinton hasn't been seen as much anywhere near the white house.
No chance, she has to much debt, and has no intention of running, or walking, or doing anything. Most likely, after Obama loses, she'll write a book, rip him a new one, and maybe, maybe, try again in 2016, but considering that she took her dignity out behind the barn when she hawked crap to try and pay off some campaign debts, thats not to likely.
I guess that means he thinks Huntsman's wife is hot. What a sleaze.
The differeance was that the freepers here actually showed her far far more respect then they did (still do actually). I always thought she was over-rated and her image was more a figment of imagination then anything else.
Not so ironically, its also pretty clear that Zero really really doesn't like either him or her, and in the 2012 election, they are NOT going to want Clintons name brought up to much, in comparison to Zero, Clinton looks like Reagan (and is more then happy to make that comparison, while he is at it). Clintons ego, has always been, and still is, to big for even the democratic party.....and he tends to hold grudges, he does NOT like any other democrat stealing the spotlight, including the left wing POTUS.
I remember reading, back in 2010, during the election, that Obamas advisors got annoyed, because Clinton said, he (Bill Clinton) had inherited budget deficits and, while working with a republican congress, had still managed to turn them into budget surpluses. Obamas campaign isn't even trying to project surpluses. Clinton was just bragging (and naturally trying to make himself look better), but what stuck out, was that Obamas people, felt that Clinton was intentionally and subtly trying to make people compare himself to Obama, which, would make Obama look even worse (and naturally, Clinton, even better).
IIRC, Clinton pretty much dropped out of sight campaigning after that, except for being involved in Florida (and ironically, supporting Crist, and not the white house back democratic party nominee).
One easy answer, Clinton didn’t make those budgets, Newt Gingrich was the author.....and off the back of my head, Obamanomics, is NOT Rubinomics (not that Rubinomics was good, it wasn’t, but this administration has totally rejected that viewpoint).
