Since he did a three-part series of interviews about the problems in ATF with CNN’s Anderson Cooper last May, Cefalu says he’s been given only 122 minutes of work:
Not GS-13 investigative work either. Changing batteries or filling cars with gas.
Cefalu said he’s suffered persecution in several other ways as well:
[Acting Director] Ken Melson can’t even respond to a letter from a committee chairman. … I can’t fart in public without being accused of violations. I’ve submitted to seven internal affairs investigations since I blew the whistle. Without an attorney present, I answered every question.
I’m representing dozens of agents [in greivance cases]. They take me out of play, they take a bunch of these cases out of play.
Cefalu says there should be prosecutions in the failed Operation Fast and Furious case, also known as “Gunwalker.” When asked if ATF had violated the law in this case, he responded:
Of course if violates the law! They conspired to traffic firearms, you can’t do that under color of law. … There was no intent to follow the guns, this never had a chance of succeeding. It was a failed plan from the beginning.

It’s stuff like this admission that really makes you think this current administration green-lighted this whole thing to further a gun control agenda above all else.
I predict that soon the IRS is going to be looking in every orifice of this man. You just wait and see.

SO basically they were gun running....and invented a cover story?!!!
The target of the practice would be unable to appeal this to the Civil Service Commission or (later) the Merit Systems Protection Board as an unlawful personnel action because, so the government's claim went, if you were not kept in a position permanently with a Form 50 having been issued ~ which had to occur for anything over 6 months ~ then no personnel action had occurred.
Eventually some one won a precedental case to overturn that mind-numbing doctrine. The error that let the appelant win was simple. In that agency no one authorized to take a personnel action was also authorized to complete a blue form 52 that created the personnel action to be reflected in a form 50. And, no one authorized to complete one of those blue form 52s had the authority to take a personnel action ('cause completing the 52 was a computerized process and was run by technicians, not top level management).
What that meant was a temporary transfer in that agency was actually a personnel action which a veteran could appeal to the MSPB. Years later that precedent was bundled into some regulatory material with other decisions that revised the process of "taking personnel actions".
No doubt somebody at ATF had the wild idea that if they just keep shipping these guys around on temporary duty they'd give up ~ then they checked with counsel and found out that a precedent set 33 years ago prohibited that practice.

It was obviously the Chief Community Organizer. Obama promised some of his leftist radicals that he was going after the 2nd Ammendment, this is how he was going to do it.
After nailing the gun manufacturers and the distributors for dumping guns into Mexico, he was then going to find a gun case to go after the citizens.
Fortunately we have the Community Organizer setting up the crime and then scheming to obstruct justice by having the pawns lie.
This is Obama's Watergate. He set up the crime, people died because of his plan that illegally distributed guns and then he participated in the cover up.
Nixon only participated in the cover up. Obama will not resign and the Democrats in the Senate will go to hell before they will vote to convict this clown.

Sure they did. You remember the Witch made a case that American guns were being smuggled into Mexico through gun shows. She failed to mention that it was the federal government that was doing the smuggling.
In this memo that Holder wrote June 13th, the first day of the congressional hearings, this blah blah blah memo about what he’s doing to control violence in the US, and barely mentions the border. He’s clearly not interested in the border. All he talks about is stopping gun purchases. He simply can’t wrap his around the fact that it is PEOPLE committing crimes, not guns.
Violent PEOPLE commit the crimes. They rape women and children NO GUNS INVOLVED AT ALL, right here a guy murdered his family with a baseball bat and set the house afire. Somewhere a woman stuck her child in a microwave. Somewhere a guy threw his family off a bridge, and the media and prosecutors spent more time talking about his disagreements with his wife than the fact he murdered the children. Yes, more convenience stores and banks robberies are committed with guns, but that can and in some instances is being stopped with armed bank security, and convenience store owners arming up and shooting the krap out the robbers. Homeowners are arming up and shooting the krap out of burglars. Citizens are waking up and realizing that we can’t wait on a cop 20 minutes.
Notice that in this memo Holder only talks about his strategy in the US after July 2010 and his proposals now. Doesn’t mention the whole year of 2009. And it was in March of 2010 that Obamajad and Hillary got up in front of microphones and blamed US gun shops of being responsible for all Mexico’s problems. So it looks like the Gunwalker deal was concocted about October 2009. And we’ll never know how many weapons they let loose the last year and a half in Mexico to these terrorists and invaders.
