MILWAUKEE Chaos on the school bus and the I-Team catches it all.
Our story starts with a fed up mom. She says her little girl who is only 4 years old is hit, tormented, her glasses broken by other kids and that it happens all the time.
She says MPS hasn't done anything about it so I- Team reporter Rob Koebel takes the case and wait till you see what your tax dollars are paying for now. A school bus ride that is out of control, little children in danger ride after ride. We follow the girls entire bus ride cameras rolling.
We spot bus number 83. On board -- a little 4 year-old girl. She goes to Frances Starms Early Childhood Center. But her mom says the littles girls first challenge every day is surviving her bus ride.
Ms. Edwards says, Nothing has been done Ive called the school board and the principal
She claims this small child is being tortured daily, punched, hit by other kids, her glasses broken twice and the torment has been going on for months now.
She has come home with sores and bumps and even scars up under her neck from certain things being hit on her, Ms Edwards tells the I-Team Investigators.
The mom says she has begged the school to do something but is only told she needs to get the girl new glasses.
So we decide to take a look at bus number 83 for ourselves.
We find the little girls bus loaded up and ready to roll. We are too with our video camera pointed at the windows at the back of the bus.
As the bus pulls away we follow it. Watching and waiting to see what happens...
It only takes a matter of minutes...

A bully in our neighborhood, who was about 8, took a lighter and burned the thumb of my younger brother who was 6. My older brother who was then 16 had a quiet and private talk with the little thugger. After that my brother and I never, at any time, had any trouble with bullies in the neighborhood or in school.
Another example:
My oldest brother worked for my uncle who owned greenhouses. When there were big holidays, my older brother, who was then about 13, would sell the flowers to passengers getting off the Philadelphia Kensington Avenue elevated train. Two gays started making advances to my brother and this continued over several days. When my uncle learned about it, he and another uncle had a “quiet and private” talk with these men. They were never seen in the neighborhood again.
Final example:
Drug dealers set up shop on a corner in my older brother's neighborhood. ( He was married and had a family and in his forties by then.) He and another neighbor had a very polite, “quiet, and private” talk with the druggies. They pointed out the roof tops in the area and noted how easy it would be to have a sniper up on one of those roofs. They explained that the police would likely not be terribly interested in thoroughly investigating any injury done to drug dealers and would write any shooting incident off as being a “drive by”. The next day the druggies were gone.

And the idiot mother keeps putting her daughter on this bus for what reason exactly?????????
The heck with the schools. Physical abuse is assault and the police should be involved. Yank the kid and report it before the PARENT gets charged with abuse herself. You know that anyone involved will deny it and the suspicion and blame will be put on the mom.
This reminds me of a sci-fi short story I read once by (IIRC) Ray Bradbury, about how bad schools had become. Back in the 70's it was fiction. Today it's not.
First mistake. Trying to reason with them. They know they have a pushover on their hands. She's BEGGING them to do something?
No. You DEMAND that something be done and threaten them with a big, nasty lawsuit if her daughter comes home with one more mark on her.
That is if the idiot mother can't think of the alternative of just yanking the child from public school to save her life
Join the crowd. You won’t regret it.
If you need any help or advice on curriculum, there’s a whole passel of us homeschoolers to ask.
LOL!
If this mother is so stupid that she puts her baby (4 yrs to me is still a baby) willingly on a bus where she knows her child is abused I see little hope for the child. Maybe a family member will step in & get the cops, lawyers etc involved. Shaking my head again & praying for this child.
