KGUN9 News has been hearing from viewers who wanted 9 On Your Side investigators to dig deeper into a tip that even if Jose Guerena did not have a criminal record, he did have a significant arrest. KGUN9 News did find confirmation of an arrest in Pinal County, and even obtained Guerena’s mug shot. However, 9 On Your Side has learned that arrest did not result in charges.

Don't imply with that photo that he was either charged or convicted of drug or weapons violations.

I figured when people read about a man's left upper arm, right calf, left foot, etc - they might want to see what he recently looked like, so I did a web search.

Don't blame me when I search this guy his slightly smirking mugshot from 2009 comes up. BTW, if I was arrested for drugs and weapons I would be horrified, not slightly smirking like a crime family member.
