It’s mind-blowing that the VIN number isn’t the first field on the form: that’s the only way to prevent multiple credits on the same Government Motors Voltsky. Obviously the Voltsky rebate program was designed with fraud in mind. Perpetuating it, not preventing it!

Haven’t seen one on the road where we are.just aobut anywhere close to the Missouri, Yellowstone, or Mississippi Rivers seems to be having a bit of a water problem this year. I've been curious to see how these things would perform in six inches of water...and for how long.
So far, all I'm seeing is a scam within a scam within a scam...
