The victim was not from LA. He may not have been aware of what a racist, corrupt, gang-banger infested sump-hole that city has become. After all, it is not like the MSM reports accurately on what the leftists and Latino criminals have done to SoCal.
This is the essence of the Stow family suit. The Dogers knew or should have known that visiting fans were at risk and yet they responded inadequately.
Just came back from the Long Beach Grand Prix. Long Beach is a nice place, but everything from there north to the Grapevine is a sheist hole. We should cut California in half at the Tehatchappi’s and let the Mexicans have all of it including Hollywood and Beverly Hills! Even though it’s illegal to carry a gun in California, to get off the 405 in “the Valley” to get a hamburger, you need one!
Not illegal. Do your homework.
Well, since you were there at the time of the crime and personally know the above FOR CERTAIN, you will make a fine witness at the trial. Right??!!
Don’t get me started on Frank McCourt... just don’t.
At least Jamie has acknowledged what a burden the dispute has been on the fans, welcomed the assignment of the monitor by MLB and has filed a motion in court asking a judge to order the sale of the team.
Big difference between Mr. and Mrs., from what I know.
You missed most of your education didn’t you. I cannot help you being stupid but as I SAID MANY TIMES I only heard it reported.
You’re, an idiot.
from wikipedia: “Tom Girardi, born 1939, is a founding partner of Girardi & Keese[1] a downtown Los Angeles law firm that has earned a reputation as L.A. County’s king of the class action lawsuit.”
ooh boy.
FWIW...I always figured the A’s fans were probably “worse” but that’s because of the Raiders... I’ve seen plenty of drunks, fights now and then at the few hundred games I’ve gone to over the years.
But since I grew up with an AL team before moving to Cali, I pretty much only saw A’s games... When years later I finally went to some Giants games, it was clear within 5 mins of entering the stadium that Giants fans were definitely superior to A’s fans at running their mouths at opposing fans. And better at being belligerent drunks.
I’ll wait til it all plays out, but from personal experience, I have a hard time believing that a Giants fan decked out in Giants gear at Chavez Ravine was just sitting there quietly.
He was blindsided by gangbangers. Hit from behind...like shooting an unsuspecting man in the back. Whatever he might have said, or did not say, isn’t relevant. A high crime was committed. You do understand this, right? This was three or more against one. You understand this, right?
A brawl is many against many. You understand this, right? A bar room fight can be a brawl, or one on one. You understand this, right? Shooting a man in the back, or hitting him with a deadly weapon, while his back is turned, is wrong. You understand this, right?
I’ve been to giants games and seen how giants and dodgers fans act.

Since you were there and saw what happened, I’ll accept your assessment though.
One can't help but wonder why Nascar doesn't have these problems.
I’ve been to many sports games in my lifetime. In the arena, there were fans of both teams wearing their colors. But I never thought of shooting one of my opposing team fans in the back. You understand this, right?
Sure, we might barb to and fro. But it was friendly. If the Giants and the Dodgers are as cro-magnon as you describe, then we might want to consider multiple SWAT teams in place to protect the opposing fans from each other. Or, discontinue the competition between them until they become civilized.
FAIL: Super grammar there, sport. Talk about missing out on an education.
