The New York Police sent the test results to French authorities on Sunday where they allegedly confirmed the trace. The results are expected to be made public shortly.

Huh? Are you crazy? We know the guy came out of the bathroom naked and he’s likely plenty strong/heavy enough to start doing something.
There was also blood on the floor and she, as I understand it, lives in an HIV-only apartment building and would have a felony against her if she had sex with practically anyone.
Get freaking real.
I look forward to the civil suit cutting that net worth by at least half.
The blood-stained white bed sheets were later taken into evidence by police.
... how likely is it that "blood-stained bed sheets" would be logically consistent with the concept of a "consensual" hotel quickie, anyway?
"I'm needed..."
Mon Dieu! Liberal cochon.
Thanks for the ping.
No doubt for me he was guilty the minute I heard this. They are the elite ones. He probably thought she came with the room.
the NYPD interviewed all the hotel employees..THAT morning he propositioned TWO female employees ( one a front desk staff) to come up to his room , he had champagne , etc. etc.
What amazes me is that the Black Outrage gang is not backing this woman and raising a fuss, nor is the Muslim groups ( as the maid was purported to be a devout Muslim who wears a headscarf).
Just sayin’ this is sure an obvious—except for the MSM leftists—omission.
the best part of this story....is that the American Justice system is pursuing the maid’s allegations....that , regardless of outcome, we can be very proud of!
I understand she was subletting the apt.she is purported to be not HIV.
where are the outrage Muslims decrying this man?
Where is the gratitude for America that a poor Muslim widow could at least have her claims investigated....Oh, wait,In Islam, it IS her fault to be raped.
Godfather = Machiavelli
NYPD...
My dear departed Dad was NYPD....what a bunch of slime can be and is in all aspects of NYPD (not him....but I had to listen to all the stories...there existed cabals there that would curl my hair if I had any....)
btw is Bernie Kerik still in prison?
So the poor disappointed Frog was rejected twice - he is ‘blackballed’ at the local call girl service because even a pro will not put up with what he wants, even for a couple thousand dollars.
In a classy $3,000 a night hotel, the staff expect the actual pro call girls to perform; and are rarely asked to “moonlight”.
So Frog is in the shower - his room is ‘cleared’ by the other staffer - who sends in the maid.
What is a lonely rejected and blackballed Frog to do?
Whatever it was - it left blood and semen all over the room - and she was NOT happy.
What the racial or religious grievance mongers do or do not do after the fact has little bearing upon the situation as it happened.
Just a little FYI: if your own "consensual" quickies habitually result in semen spattered over your partner's clothing, and blood-stained bed sheets...
Must have been trying to imitate the escapades of another leftist totalitarian abuser of women named Slick Willy Clinton. Seems they have a thing for leaving their mark on a woman’s dress.

Is the dress blue?
Thank you. I read the report of what happened to that poor woman. and he hit on at least two other female employees. This poor woman was attacked and assaulted in ugly detail. I hope he gets the ‘hard’ time he deserves. And I hope his victim can have some peace and regain some dignity and a normal life. Thank goodness the hotel staff acted quickly and with the help of NYPD, this elitist pig was caught.
Didn’t she understand what “soileaux eet, beetch!” means?
How about the religious and racial mongers for ONCE praise our Justice system...THAT is what I meant.
Of course, they won’t.
Question then: how could a call girl open the always locked door of the hotel suite? With what card?
If this defense is tried, DSK would have to bring a specific call girl as a witness, and that person would have to testify that DSK met her and gave her one of spare keys to his suite. This would be a strange arrangement - it is much easier for DSK to just open the door when she comes.
The millions that his current wife is planning to spend on his defense can buy a lot of witnesses who will gladly lie on the stand. One little problem might be if DSK didn't ask for extra key cards. It's not like a clerk in a five-star hotel will blithely program a handful of cards to a $3,000 suite. A clerk will ask, and he will make as many cards as you want - but each swipe of the card will be recorded; keys are important things, and it pays to know how many are out there; and it's easy to do since the computer does the programming anyway. It may also be that each key card is unique, and though the lock opens when you swipe any of them the computer knows which card was used; that's how I would program the system.
Another little problem with buying the witness would be in fact that the lawyer would have to abuse his privilege to arrange a consistent testimony. How many high-flying US lawyers will want to risk all they have and will have (for them it's more than for me :-) just for a mere million or two? They are going to get that million just as matter of course anyway, as their fees. Imagine the blackmail power that such a witness, or anyone who can invalidate the claim (or just says that he can invalidate the claim) then would have over the lawyer!
Besides, the trial will also reveal why the senior maid thought that the room is vacant and a maid can be sent to clean it. I'm sure they don't pass notes on napkins in a 30-storey hotel, they use a computer. So how could a record in the computer be made that the guest left? Such a record won't normally be there until you check out and your key cards are voided. One way to do it is to mechanically unlock the door (or block it from closing) then go and check out, then quickly return and enter the suite, lock the door from inside (what for?) and wait. One catch with this scenario is that the elevator may not deliver you to the floor where your $3,000 suite is unless your key card is valid...
