I thought the victim was from the West Indies, which would mean she is probably black? It has been reported that she's a Fulani woman from Guinea (west Africa).

Hm. Strauss-Kahn needs a new line. How about the ever-popular, “B*tch set me UP!”
Pass the popcorn, please! ;o)

"The news tonight is that the maids shirt tested positive for Strauss-Kahns DNA. NBC New York says the DNA was found in material on the shirt, but Britains Daily Telegraph claims the material is exactly what you think it is. If so, then obviously theres no 'it never happened' defense available. The defense will be that it was consensual, in which case Im super-curious to hear his lawyers tick-tock of how it all allegedly happened. Supposedly, this young, devoutly religious woman, whom Foxs sources describe as 'a model employee with a pristine work record who doesnt drink or smoke and rushes home after work to take care of her children,' was simply overwhelmed with lust at the sight of this aging troll waddling towards her? And somehow blood ended up on the bed, and she was so shaken afterward that she tried to vomit but it was all consensual in the moment?"Dude's goin' down. HARD. ;)

It was planted. That would be a shame. I want the IMF to be GUILTY!

He said, "How about a case of mistaken identity--he called an escort service for some kinky scenario, but the maid showed at the wrong time and he made an honest (ahem) mistake.?" I think I read about a UK case a while back where four gang bangers walked (it went to the House of Lords) because her husband had assured them she wanted to realize a long-standing rape fantasy and they should ignore her protests.

“Dude’s goin’ down. HARD. ;)”
Oh, I do hope so!!!
I have a pretty finely developed BS meter. It’s not ticking at all here. I do believe the woman (subject, of course, to hard evidence showing that (a) she was spontaneously consumed with lust or (b) has actually been suborned by Evil Capitalist Forces and colluded with them to “set up” His Majesty Strauss-Kahn to make him look bad).
And hey . . . where’s that popcorn? It’s taking its time getting down here to the end of the row!

Looks like Dominique Strauss-Kahn can join Bill Clinton in doing Spray-N-Wash commercials...

Don't forget he propositioned two (2) of the Sofitel's receptionists - invited them up to his room for drinks - during that very stay there. He was just a regular Leisure Suit Larry Looking for Love...in all the wrong places....
Maybe the reason he tries the hotel staff (who worry about losing their jobs) is that the professionals won't' deal with him anymore.

Oh, yes.
“You can call me Al,” he said as he gave her a big bear. “Can you massage my groin muscle?”

Re your post 80:
Of course the mistaken scenario story is absurd. The guy who came up with it said so himself; he was shaking his head and wondering what would work and being creative. He also said the most likely outcome would be extensive investigations by the defense to stretch out the proceedings and discourage the victim, accompanied by backdoor negotiations for a significant payoff in return for which she and the state will drop charges.

I do believe the creep is mostly likely GUILTY and needs a serious attitude adjustment....and I already have said that...
....but that being said, I know for a fact that these things are not only doable...they are done, as needed, by (for instance) people like zer0's Chicago mob...
I wonder how much money it took to create that wonderful birth certificate reproduction(snark!)

Considering she is living in in housing set aside for AID sufferers, and he allegedly sodomized her rough enough for there to be bloody sheets, perhaps Karma will show up with a grin and a wink.

Right.
[In the spirit of Rush Limbaugh ...]
The guy should be golden now. When will school kids have tee-shirts that say they had sex with him? When will the democrats hug him outside the UN building? Why isn’t this helping the poor guy?

He should have told her to put ice on it. Then everything would be OK. Oh, and kill her cat. [Rmb. Kathleen Willey?] And kill the brother of a witness [Rmb. Theodore Williams and Bettie Curry?] Then 60 Minutes can have his wife say she wouldn’t “stand by her man” like Tammy Wynett [sic?].
