Relax, it’s just another isolated incident.
Of course he did...
First story: The dead guy fired at the cops as they entered.
Second story: The dead guy uttered a macho, "I've got something for you!" as the cops entered, but failed to get off a shot before they killed him.
Third story: "The safety was on and he could not fire"
The story changes, but the conclusion remains the same: They were justified in shooting him 60 times.
First they murder him, then they murder his character. They are truly, not that they care, despicable characters. Not a decent human atom in the bunch.
Why go after criminal illegal aliens who rape and murder
Americans, or al Qaeda coming over the border
... when you can murder innocent
Iraq War veterans? How Obama and DNC is that?
How many bullets were spent shooting Sonny Corleone?
The war on drugs has to go.
Whatever these people knew or didn’t know, they knew that they were not dealing with a major bad guy loaded to the gills with guns.
Two guys, in armor, with a warrant and a knock on the door would have been all that was required to properly take care of this situation.
SWAT officers fired at least 71 shots at police murder victim Jose Guerena, a former U.S. Marine...
Fixed it for ya...
Words have meaning, and Stalinist creeps like Dupnik know it.
Dupnik needs to fall off a curb while discussing this incident with a Marine drill sergeant.
Why do we tolerate this sh!t?
“I would want to see the warrant and the probable cause for no knock raids on multiple houses”
WHY???
“a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,”

AND THE SHERIFF
Should be dead.
“The safety was on and he could not fire,”
Obviously I don’t know all the details of this case. But if Guerena’s intent had been to shoot, it seems unlikely that a Marine who had served a combat tour in Iraq would make the mistake of leaving the safety on, y’know?
Are they supposed to rely on all his years of "experience" again?
I talked to my brother in Tucson a couple of days ago, and he told me that the Democratic machine there had a real strangle hold on the press. Most of the folks there do not know exactly what happened. At least that was his excuse.
Shooting 71 times...hitting..with 60..makes no sense..did they shoot him in the face..or open his mouth..and put in a few rounds. Kicked him in the face..
MY blood is boiling.
Funny , no mention of drugs being found ...
My guess for the “safety” , he recognized the armed intruders as cops and didn’t flip it off. As he was military he naturally would keep his weapon safe, his error was in not recognizing the threat or giving them credit for being “professional” or “friendly” ..
When Sheriff Dipstik was asked why they shot the Marine veteran 60 times he responded by saying, “Well it was the best they could do, they really didn’t have time to reload. Besides when you’re hopped up on Viagra and adrenaline, and hosing a man down with a German submachine gun, it’s just hard to stop! If that won’t give you wood nothing will”! The Sheriff also said “anyone else questioning my authority just might get an early morning visit of their own”. There were no more questions.
