Yup, the taxes we will pay.

and why am I paying for someone who decides to live on the beach? Yup, we are.

Indeed. One of these years there will be more than one major hurricane. Bet what the cause will said to be?

A hint, to prevent it we will have to take away your liberty.

forecasters warned U.S. coastal residents that odds are diminished that they can't expect a sixth straight year without a major landfall on either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts.

They fell for the Gambler's Fallacy--some scientists they are.

I predict a rise in double, triple and quadruple negatives this year. Confusion will reign.

Isn’t 3-6 storms average, if not a bit low.

Every year they say the exact same thing, worse than average year. Well, they have a 50% chance of being right. One half of all years will be less than average, and one half of all years will be greater than average. That’s the way averages work.

Damn. I wish I could take one of these weather guessers to Vegas with me.

But, wait. Did they give the exact odds?

Let us pray that God will continue to bless us and look with favor on us.

A broken clock is correct twice a day. If the NOAA doesn’t get it right this year does that mean we can call The Donald and have him fire the whole lot?

Was it not long after Katrina (maybe it was Ivan) they predicted “millions” of hurricanes would get us because of global warming? They even doubled up on the assigned names—these people have out done themselves in stupidity before.

Here’s my prediction—some where, some place, it is going to rain today.

Looks like the list of names begin with:

Arlene, then Bret, Cindy, Don, Emily, Franklin, Gert, Harvey, Irene.

That should keep us busy for a while.
