Hold on to ya'lls sextants and such. The GPS and other electronics doodads won't work in the next war...............
That's the theory. But they have rejected that contingency and will assume the GPS and INS will see them through.
I remember the first time the Raptors flew to Okinawa — they had to turn around and return to Hickam — as they crossed the International Date Line, their computers malfunctioned. Simple programming omission.
