So... In normal times, when competition for good employees exists, if you had that 11% back, you would not use it or part of it to attract and keep good employees?

Or maybe, to start, we could secure our borders, enforce existing law so that the 8 million illegals with jobs self deport, stop bringing in 125,000 new legal workers each month, stop giving out freebies to illegals, anchor babies, brand new immigrants and their extended families.
Illegals alone, using the outdated number of 13 million, cost NJ $3.5 Billion per year and the nation $113 Billion per year for medical care, education, and incarceration. The more realistic number is triple that!
