Of course, the same MSM published Abu Grahib (sp?) and pushed that story for months. The same MSM published the details of the “data mining” of cell phone and e-mail type communications which we were using to track Bin Laden and others.
Perhaps the MSM only rushes to publish details of our military and intelligence operations when an evil Republican is president. Now that a good Democrat is president, all of a sudden, the boys at the New York Times will be all concerned about national security and military secrets. (sarcasm)
Osama was apparently the only individual, dead or alive, to be removed from the scene. The other dead bodies were turned over to the Pakis, and there were also apparently a number of survivors who were allowed to survive and were not carted off to Gitmo. So, you can bet accounts of the raid, TTPs and all, will spread like wildfire through what's left of AQ.
What I'm curious about is the long time lag between last August and now, during which the CIA and the ISI maintained security. I mean elements, possibly different elements, of the ISI had to know (1) Osama had been hiding since 2005 in a compound in their midst and (2) the CIA was now onto him. The marvel is that the ISI didn't warn him in time to flee to his cave in Waziristan.
