Actually, in Maryland, male transvestities are ALLOWED to use the female rest rooms, I believe. If that is what happened here, then this probably WILL be prosecuted as a hate crime by the so-called “authorities”, while they would NOT prosecute, if it were just an ordinary white female victim. Sorry, but that is fairly well-settled LAW in America now.
That’s the part that ticks me off, the victim had no right being beaten like that, but what does it take to have hate crime charges filed when the victim is a straight white person?
