Having been to New York on a regular basis these last few months I can say there isn’t anything there I want. The only happy people I’ve seen in mid-town are the gay boys standing outside the all male strip club which I have to pass by to get to my hotel.

I guess you're not staying in the right place. I don't even know where an all male strip club might be.

The Met (Opera) and the Met (Museum) (but not the Mets) are at least among the best in the World at what they do.

Look: I'm living out here in NJ with deer, turkeys, and squirrels this AM. I like my trees. There's a lot about NYC that isn't for me. But I go there for the stuff that is. Bashing everything about it just seems ignorant to me.

I’m not bashing NYC despite its rampant liberalism. I’m saying the city life aint for me.
