To the best of our knowledge, since September 11, 2001, when 19 Muslims murdered 3,000 Americans, not one American out of a population of more than 300 million has publicly burned a Koran. Nevertheless, some Muslims in Afghanistan (and elsewhere) claimed that this one American and this one act, which was condemned by every prominent American of every religion and every political persuasion, was deemed worthy of retribution. And that retribution was the slaughter of as many non-Muslims as they could find.

More proof that this political-religious philosophy is very dangerous and irrational.

Attila the Hun and the Vandals had more civility then the Islam community. We are constantly reminded about the brutality of the Crusades. The Crusades, which were made up of the noble knights of yore. The same knights whose gallantry and goodness still have enthralled young women waiting for their knight in shining armor to come and sweep them off their feet.
How did these noble knights become so brutal in the Crusades? They were not stupid. The realized, after a Crusade or two, that they could not win using the Marques of Queensberry rules. They had to stoop to the level of their enemies. The became just as brutal and blood thirsty. Once these tactics were initiated the Crusaders pushed the Muslims out of Europe and instilled a fear that has lasted for hundreds of years.
There is a reason all Islamic countries have rulers that are iron fisted despots.
The sooner this is realize by our sensitive multicultural western governments, the sooner innocent people will stop being beheaded by these barbarians.
