And what do you accomplish when you do that, other than to lower morale among your fellow Americans and make the youngest among them feel frightened and insecure?

And don't wonder when you stop getting invitations to barbeques. Don't wonder if you have the sneaking suspicion that some folks are rolling their eyes and laughing at you behind your back.
Acknowledging the ridiculous and dangerous proclivities of liberalism and that there's a problem to be fixed is one thing.
Saying that the nation we love is not still wonderful in many ways, so many that it's well-worth fighting for, makes you a killer of hope and a sapper of strength and courage.

Oh I don’t know sticking my head in the sand really doesn’t appeal to me. The thought of hanging out with people happier to wear blinders and act like sheep isn’t particularly alluring either, even though they may make a mean beef brisket.
Actually I take that back. I’d be willing to lie to myself and others for a REALLY GOOD beef brisket.
