One problem is the courts continually rule that nobody has standing in this issue.

Enlisted men don’t have standing.
Voters don’t have standing.
Even elected federal office holders don’t have standing.

Who, in the court’s opinion, does have standing to bring this issue to court?

What is the definition of a Natural Born Citizen? That is the question that needs to be answered. Secondary, who is Barak Hussein Obama? That is the second question.

“It seems that the Constitution will only be invoked when it politically convenient, otherwise it can be ignored...”

Exactly!

We no longer have a Constitution in this country.

The Constitution has power when honorable men serve in the government. It guides the actions of honorable men, but it cannot force dishonorable men to find their honor.

Donald Trump and Rush are motivating We The People to turn up the heat in DC. This is not a non-issue when a huge percentage of the American people believe a fraud has been perpetrated against us. The truth will be exposed when those involved feel they have to make a deal to save their hides.

The Tea Party must demand that the eligibility issue be investigated and proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. We must find forgery experts willing to prove the truth.

It’s about the time we let these arrogant SOB’s realize that they are there in DC to do OUR WILL, not THEIRS. Their will does not amount to a spit, but in all their arrogance, they think they know what is better for us than we do. It all goes back to that silly little phrase, WE THE PEOPLE. It doesn’t say “YOU the people” it says “WE the people” it is becoming more of an “us vs. them” all the time. I for one am ready to abolish this entire utterly broken government of ours and start all over again.

If we start sending emails and/or faxes to their offices threatening to vote their asses out in 2012 if they don’t start doing OUR BIDDING in this government, then they better have any up to date resume, perhaps things will change. Politicians are like children (in more ways than one), they respond the best to threats to their welfare (in this case, their phony-baloney jobs).

They are absolutely terrified of this one.

Option 1: Ignore it, pretend it’s not an issue.

Option 2: Demand to see a long form birthcertificate which it appears doesn’t exist. If the long form can’t be produced there are two more options:

Option A: Forgive the lack of documentation, further weakening an already weakend constitution.

Option B: Remove the culprit from office and have at the very least, 13% of the populace go crazy rioting.

Very simple, states need to pass strict electability requirements for 2012 candidates, Then you have him. So far we have seen nothing of that but talk.

Don't waste your time dreaming of impeachment, congressional Republicans want re-election and wont go near it. They learned last time,.

Did you really suggest that “the only stick voters may have is to threaten not to vote in 2012” ?!

Wow. What a big stick.

That should solve ALL our problems.

I don’t believe there is one judge anywhere that wants to contest and expel the first black president of the United States unless it’s for an extreme infraction . . . period . . . including the Supreme Court.

We’ve been buffaloed. Or as Zero likes to say “I won!”

... unless, of course, you can find a congressman with any onions.

Practically speaking, it seems to me that the best way to deal with this right now is to vote Obama out of power.

Simultaneously, take power from the Democrats in both houses of Congress in the same elections.

Then pass legislation dealing with the matter in a way that would require publication of the candidates’ proof of eligibility (for public consumption) before or at the time of announcement of candidacy.

Any other actions pertaining to Obama’s eligibility would be done for the history books.

I’m starting to be of the opinion the only way we’re going to get the GOP to act on this is threats of imprisonment for committing treason by NOT acting.

Yeah, I know, like THAT’s going to happen.......

Only thing I do know is this thing is NOT GOING AWAY like they hoped it would. And praise God for that!

Nearly all of the GOP leadership say Obama's eligibility is a non-issue.

Shameless wimps, they are. At least Nancy Pelosi has an excuse. What excuse does any Republican have for sidestepping the issue of Obama's eligibility? The man is a COMPLETE FRAUD. By now every sane person has to be questioning EVERTHING in Obama's representation of his pre-Chicago years.

No, the latest isn't the Birth Certificate. It's that information has surfaced that he ONLY SPENT ONE YEAR AT COLUMBIA. (See here.) But the birth certificate is such a simple thing. He needs to show it or get out. And if it clearly reveals he is not eligible or committed some other obvious fraud he needs to go to prison.

The GOP leadership screws are loose. Almost on every issue, they fail to act on anything of substance against the Dems. They can’t even hold the line when it comes to deficit spending and the national debt. It’s no wonder that they are jellyfish.

Just a note of caution, if somehow Obama got thrown out of office on the birther issue those of you in places near Detroit, LA, New York etc.. better be armed and well stocked up on ammo. The Watts riots of 1968 will look like a salesman convention compared to what would happen...

The only thing holding this back is the power of the Obama cult and its minders to lable people a “kook.” The vast masses of America really have no opinion that is not manufactured and approved, they go with the flow.

Carl Rove on the O’Reily show last night was a complete idiot. He has no balls for this issue. His claim that the “Republicans” do not support this fight is wrong. He may have done a lot of good for Bush 43 but he also did a very lot “bad”. He is a major part of the current Republican problems. O’Reily is of the same view.

Well of COURSE it’s a non-issue to the GOP leadership. These limp-wristed, spineless piss-ants are frightened to DEATH of offending the NY Times, the WaPo and CNN!! Besides, they don’t want to jeopardize all of those BLACK VOTERS Juan attracted in 2008! Both might vote for Hussein next time.
