Hi everyone,
Cold One, Regarding the car ride, try to take him with you as often as possible. I always give Rush a treat when we get in the car, which associates “good things” with the car ride.
On the running off thing, I’d keep him on leash until he starts to listen. When we walk Rush at work, he’s always on leash. We usually give him the run of our 1/2 acre at home, but only when we are watching him. Yesterday evening I put him on leash at home because a fox had wandered by the house earlier.
I’m sure Kanawa would be able to give you better tips as his dog is a pit, and Rush is an Aussie. Very different er, dog cultures. ;-)
Welcome back Face!
TC, I’m glad to hear DP’s Mom is doing so well! That’s great.
Thanks for the moving ping Sion.
I remember the beginnin.... ;-)
