John, you're much too pessimistic. Support for BO/BS from the African-American Community has plummeted, plummeted I tell you.

It is down to a rock-bottom 98.7% of live, legally registered African-Americans. Of course, dead registered African-Americans and those voting with absentee ballot(s) are expected to turn out at the usual (for Phila) at 100-102%.
