This is a news release that needs to seen a second time. Someone has some explaining to do. Freeper Danae ordered and received a long-form certificate. It was posted on free republic.

There is something very rotten going on.

Klein wrote in an e-mail to staffers Thursday that CNN researchers had determined Hawaiian officials discarded paper birth documents in 2001. Thus, he said, Obama’s long-form birth certificate no longer exists, and a shorter certificate that is public is the official record.

And yet, a fire that destroyed the military documents relating to George W. Bush didn’t “end” the inquiry into his military service. Where’s Dan Rather and his team of document forgers when you need them?

"When I use the word 'seems,' that's an open invitation to disagree," Klein told the Times.

However, it "seems" that continuing disagreement was an open invitation to be fired.

All perfectly reasonable, of course.

Dead? Like God, right? The media prophets declared him dead, too, like 50 years ago.

Yeah a Hospital threw away records. BS.
Only if there was something increminating in the records or the records NEVER existed in the first place.

It would be interesting if someone born at the same time at the same hospital requested Long form BC.

It’s always the coverup that brings down the liars.

Modern technology has old records being copied in secure electronic ... and digitally permanent ... formats.

Paper might be gone, but the records aren’t.

I don’t know if Ubama’s b.c. issue is dead or not but it appears to have more life than CNN’s ratings.

Oh please. This story has been DEAD to the MSM for years—for ever!!! Can’t expose their hero, after all.

The MSM won’t press Obama on the BC issue which is why he gets away with refusing to produce it. Just imagine the media pressure that would be brought to bear if the provenance of a Republican was in question. There would be penetrating, high profile, and sustained coverage by legions of reporters.

Any American who honors and loves their country would have no hesistation, and indeed would be proud, to show their BC. The fact that Obama steadfastly refuses to do this simple act raises very serious questions about where his loyalities lie and how he views this country.

I’ve said it before to no avail, but maybe a few more of you will get it if I keep repeating it. The individual with the greatest interest in keeping the Birther story alive is Obama.

His strategy - which helped him win the Presidency - is to portray all criticism him and his statist policies as the product of ignorant, racist conspiracy-mongering. To that end, he and his friends in the media such as MSNBC keep the Birther story alive - hoping it will help him in 2012 as it did in 2008. The great majority of conservative and libertarian opponents of Obama see that the Birther issue is a distraction that can only benefit Obama, and want no part of this idiocy.

Donald Trump is not backing away from this because his instincts suspect fraud. In the View interview he said growing up and doing business in NY he has seen many degrees of fraud, and this smells. (paraphrase)

Miracle Max: He probably owes you money huh? I’ll ask him.
Inigo Montoya: He’s dead. He can’t talk.
Miracle Max: Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There’s a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there’s usually only one thing you can do.
Inigo Montoya: What’s that?
Miracle Max: Go through his clothes and look for loose change.

Then why is he addressing it as a dead story... Kind of like those who wish for there to be no God, run around chanting, “God is dead, God is dead...” which begs the question, “if you don’t believe in God, how can you proclaim Him to be dead?” The implication is that God must really exist, at least in the minds of those who wish him not to exist.

In the same way, the “non-story” of the birth certificate, of which there has been no proof of existence, is now a “dead-story”, only begs the question; What proof can you provide that there is a (really-really-real) birth certificate? and if there is non, how can you proclaim it to be a dead story? It is a stalemate at best, and as long as there are questions, it remains a story... as long as you say, “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain”, people will be looking at the man behind the curtain.

If the LFBC issue is dead, it appears to have had a resurrection.

Okay...the birth certificate has been destroyed and the form we have been shown is the official document. Fine.

Now, how about Obama's school records and a ton of other documents he has spent millions to hide? Have they been destroyed too? Are they not newsworthy?

Anyone seen this before? if you are looking for more evidence that Obama/Soetoro is not a natural born American citizen, send an investigator to Kenya to learn why its Parliament no longer posts its minutes online. Not long after this meeting’s minutes were posted, those Kenya Parliament minutes ceased to be available online. In the excerpted paragraph below, the speaker is the Minister for Lands, Mr. Orengo (emphasis is mine):

====================================

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OFFICIAL REPORT; Thursday, 25th March, 2010 - the house met at 2:30 p.m.

.....The other thing that we are addressing through devolution is exclusion. What has made us suffer as a nation is exclusion. Once people feel excluded, even when you want to employ a policeman or constable or you want to build a dispensary, it must come from the centre. In the colonial days, these things were being done on the ground and they could give bursaries and build roads. I commend devolution. Those who fear devolution are living in the past. They are being guided by their ethnic consideration and objectives. They are living in the past. If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man BORN HERE IN KENYA, who is NOT even a NATIVE AMERICAN, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion. What has killed us here is exclusion; that once Mr. Orengo is President, I know of no other place than Ugenya. That is why we were fighting against these many Presidencies in the past. I hope that Kenya will come of age. This country must come of age. People want freedom and nations want liberation, but countries want independence.

The reason they can't find a birthcertifact is because it never existed in Hawaii..I'll bet if there was enough money changing hands in Kenya then we would see a birth certificate
