Whenever there is an adoption, the original long form BC is voided to terminate the parental rights of the persons listed as parents on the original document. The document is nullified and sealed so that it can never be used in another legal proceeding. Otherwise, a parent listed on the original document might show up, obtain a certified copy of it and claim parental rights.
After the original is nullified, a new BC is created and it is the only valid document available to be used in a legal proceeding.
In Obama’s case, the Soetoro adoption BC was voided after Obama Sr. successfully contested the Soetoro adoption. The Obama COLB, without hospital info, was created after Soetoro’s parental rights were terminated and Obama Sr. was named the paternal parent. The Obama COLB is the only valid document BHO can present as proof of his birth. The original document has been voided.
If the GA law holds, Obama will have to show documentation other than his original long form BC; such as his passport file, application for social security, college records, etc.
So was Obama adopted in Hawaii or Indonesia? What is the court case mumber? What court and date did Obama naturalize in the US in? What’s that court case number? Why if Obama is naturalized is he using a SS that has not been issued?
