We are in receipt of a document from an anonymous source (Anonymous.pdf), which we are attaching here just the way we received it (the handwriting and highlighting on it were already there). It purports to be instructions for paralegals as to how to create affidavits for filing so that the signatures could be mixed and matched at will. For example, it instructs them to make sure the page break is right before the signature, so that any signature page can be used on any affidavit.
Although, the anonymous document did not disclose which law firm it came from, we were able to match up the instructions with Ben-Ezra affidavits. For example, in the attached Affidavit As to Attorney’s Fees from U.S. Bank v. Ginyard (Ginyard), line one has the year, 1994, as instructed. Line 3 contains the $150 and $70 dollars mentioned in the instructions. And Line D is the last line of the page. As you can see from the instructions, the paralegals are to then:
* Print, attach signature page (extras found in drawer) * have notarized * white out old file number on bottom and back of sign. Pg. * Make Cert, of filing and have attny. sign.
We've also attached two other examples from Ayala (Ayala) and Flowers (Flowers). Because the attorney fee affidavits from other firms are different, this identifies the anonymous document as relating to Ben-Ezra affidavits. And because these alleged instructions match the affidavits, it suggests that the instructions are actual instructions being used by the firm.

As a Canadian, I must ask all of you...JUST WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN AMERICA THESE DAYS???
This needs to be brought before an honest Judge - if one exists - such that the entire BEK staff spends time behind bars.
Personally, I believe every case BEK screwed over ought be dismissed without prejudice. If the courts do not convict BEK for the fraud and forgeries, law and order under equal justice will forever have ceased to be an American staple.
1. The section posted on FR actually has real information in it rather than cutting off with just a tidbit.
2. It appears to original instead of just taking something from Youtube, Yahoo, AP or somewhere else and adding "Hey this is cool" to the top (but then that is essentially what most newspapers do with AP content). I love to short circuit those by posting a direct link to the real content source.
3. No advertising on the blog page so it doesn't look like FR is just being used to boost personal page views.

I agree. I accept that blogs can be good sources of information. Like any other source, the source must be considered.

Crooked mortgage brokers have done this for years, forging docs, appraisals, notarizations. Nothing new.
My grandson’s mother forged a letter that was signed by a doctor. She was trying to keep grandson and not return him after Christmas break, so doctor’s letter recommended the child stay with her. She submitted it as evidence. The guardian ad litem assigned to our grandson’s case discovered the fraud, and suggested the judge admonish the mother before the court. We are still awaiting the out come and her slap on the wrist.
Proof once again how lame the lamestream media has become. This article is of major importance and nothing on the network news about it.
There’s nothing wrong with doing a little ‘side-stepping’ of the Rule of Law if you are doing to to ‘Dead Beats’. (sarc)

Well there is illegal activity taking place regarding foreclosures. I know for a fact BEK waited a full month before filing any court docs on one particular party. This person actually had the 3 payments in hand to pay the mortgage up to date. BEK added $6000 some odd dollars in charges for services they had not even done and still have not done.

which is really long. You need to read it. Judges are NOT even reading the documents in some situations. One particular judge got pretty snippy when learning a reporter was in the court.
Interesting it references Duval county which is where I am. It’s where the person lives I mentioned in my previous post and also the location of the Rolling Stone article.
I hate to say it but the judges here sure seem to be up to no good in that rocket docket court. The judges couldn’t have figured out by close examination of paperwork that these couldn’t have all been legit?
