In all likelihood, nobody's got a new airplane.
The locals there tend to break and/or strip anything they can find. The jet fuel was probably siphoned and sold within hours. No qualified mechanics, no tools, no parts, no fuel to fly out.
My guess is the aircraft is a total loss.
