It's heartening to hear from a male FReeper that you found the comments disturbing. There were a few threads about this yesterday and all of them had these sorts of remarks. I've seen no moderation of it on any of the threads.

I’ve been here a long time. I was banned once for over a year back when speaking out against amnesty was not as tolerated.

I have never had any influence, know nothing of the intrigue or machinations of the forum and don’t even know who the mods are though I suspect a few...but have done a lot of FR associated on the ground political work.

That said...I would purge the holy hell out of these shameful exhibits of folks with issues.

These sorts of conservatives I can do without.

Women are to be vaunted, valued, protected and treated right..even left leaning ones.

Would folks be saying such garbage about Megan Kendall or Julie Banderas?
