It seems that every single major terror event that occurred in the West this past decade had been infiltrated by FBI agents or informers before they happen. Elements within the Federal Government even knew about the 9/11 plot before hand and was tracking the hijackers.

Looks like Babar has been claiming all along that he was a turncoat for the USA. This training would have happened, what, during the tail end of the Clinton administration? And Clinton did not bother to tell Bush about it? (If Babar is on the level.)
