The greatest point in this article is not even about the BC.
It is true that conservative media, Including Our Rush Limbaugh, is so soft that all it does is React to mainstream media. They Create the news. We respond, we quote, we get angry.
Bullpoop. We need to start the conversations. We need cojones now.
Here’s a way to start this particular subject: someone tomorrow come out and ask the world why and how Nancy Pelosi certified Obama as eligible without any documentation. Just because you want someone as your candidate does not mean they can be. Why are the Hawaii certification docs different from the other 56 (lol) states? Just ask this publicly, conservative talkers. Start here.
Birthers will have to realize they’ve been beat on the BC issue and move on to other documentation to establish eligibility.

Is it asking too much for these arrogant jerks to release a document that we little people are required to release many times throughout our life times? The only vital record legally viable, at this time, is Obama’s COLB.

Yes he will. The courts will toss those bills because individual states don't get to rewrite the Constitution's eligibility criteria, and thus, those bills are unconstitutional and cannot be enforced.
In their idiot birther enthusiasm, Nebraska and Arizona have overreached and thereby snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. It would be perfectly sufficient and constitutional simply to require candidates to produce documentation of their birth. In Zero's case, that would mean he would be required to waive his Hawaii privacy rights and allow the Hawaii DoH to cough up all that it has. Then, if the results appear not support his eligibility, that would be a separate federal, not state, case.
Yet there was no problem getting Ryan's divorce records unsealed by the bamsters Chi town thugs.
Both Barak Obama and Nancy Pelosi signed legal documents attesting to the truthfulness of their claim that Obama met the constitutional requirements for eligibility for the office of president. If it is ever officially proven that Obama was in fact ineligible, Obama and Pelosi and no doubt other powerful people would face major prosecution and the possibility of serious jail terms and fines. I continue to think the RAT party can’t risk this and will decide that Obama may not run for re-election. Of course they will need him to claim his decision has nothing to do with the eligibility question. However, his window of plausible deniability is starting to close.

And the New York State Supreme Court, last month, found the New York Board of Elections guilty of fraud for certifying a British citizen (Barack H. Obama) as eligible to be the 2008 candidate for POTUS.
The hushed that one up and hid it away, didn’t they?
