Gerald Celente Says History Is Repeating: First Comes Depression, Then World War

Trend forecaster Gerald Celente says his theory that history is repeating is coming true.
Specifically he points to austerity riots and food riots as manifestations of the sort of tensions that led to the Second World War, in an interview with King World News.
"The experts are saying what's going on in Tunisia and Egypt, this is going on in Arab nations. Nah, this is the beginning of something much greater. Figure it out. Civil wars to regional wars to world wars. The Crash of '29 equals the Panic of '08. The Great Depression equals the Great Recession. World War Two equals the First Great War Of The Twenty-First Century."
Celente has previously said that surging inequality (like in the twenties) and the collapse of the middle class will lead to an extended depression.

Hope he’s wrong, but the historical precedents are a bit ominous.
And, of course, now everyone has nukes.
Yes, but we can bounce their rubble higher, and then glass it over.
Only the machines will be left ;-)
Gerald Celente has a whiff on nuttery about him.
But it’s still interesting to hear what he has to say.
So, the question is:
1. Where will it start?
2. What will be the immediate cause?
3. Can we as Americans do anything to stop it or to delay it?
4. What can we do to protect ourselves from the impact of the coming events?
5. Who is the best to lead us through the times ahead?

In other news, Sky still blue, water still wet, snow still cold.
All joking aside, this is yet another rational look at how history tends to repeat itself due to our inability to learn from it.
Sort of like whenever a country adapts socialism or communism, they collapse within a century... Gee I wonder what is going to happen to the USA.
I hope he’s wrong, but I don’t think its likely he is.
“5. Who is the best to lead us through the times ahead?”
That would be me...
These are dangerous times. This is the absolute wrong time to have someone like obama in the White House. Why the media continues to protect him is beyond comprehension. Don't they have families? Don't they care about the safety and security of their children? Do they want their own children saddled with debt for decades to come? Don't they care? Is protecting their "historic" black president more important than saving America?
On radio Thursday, Glenn Beck responded to those accusing him of wild conspiracy theories connecting the extreme left and extreme Islam in the wake of the Egyptian unrest and he used three simple, succinct sentences to do so.
I want the left to know, I plant my flag in this soil. If Im wrong, so be it, he said before laying out his case. And you can discredit me all you want for the end of time, but Im telling you Im not wrong on this one. And there are three points that I want to make sure are very clear.
Sentence one: Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of Israel.
Sentence two: Groups from the hardcore socialist left and extreme Islam will work together because of the common enemy of capitalism.
Sentence three: Groups from the hardcore socialist left, and extreme Islam will work together to overturn relative stability, because in the status quo, they are both ostracized from power and the mainstream in most of the world.
Nature abhors a vacuum. This dates back to the Clinton administration when madam dimbulb (Albright) as sec of state traveled the world and tv circuit noting that America has not right to be the lone world super power.

The lefts hatred for Americans, country and history should never be underestimated.
and of course the food rioters in Egypt and Tunisia are all convinced that their food is being hoarded in a secret bunker someplace in Tel Aviv...
Good questions all; wish I had the answers. Unfortunately, the world really does seem to have gone nuts.
1. Tunisia. Already started.
2. Fruit cart vendor set himself on fire. Yes, it’s usually something that stupid.
3. No.
4. Get off the grid. Be self sufficient.
5. You.
Ask this guy:
When I hear pundits on TV talking about World Food Prices being a cause of some unrest, I developed the same fear... History is Repeating itself and it won’t turn out very good.
