Hoppes #9.

Just imagine the scale of the bore snake! :-)

I love the smell of the stuff. Beats the heck out of the "new car scent" that the carwash offers, too:

The best part is - this air freshener is permanent. When the aroma fades, just give 'er a splash straight from the bottle.

Coincidentally, some of the largest CNC Turing Machines are in.... wait for it....

HOUSTON TEXAS!!!!

I'm not surprised - port cities usually have some machine shops equal to the task of supplying large parts to shipyards. New Orleans has some big machine shops, too - right along the river where it didn't flood.

The Texas is docked at Houston already.

It isn’t the Iowa but it has guns

Last I heard, there were plans to dry-berth the Texas. I'm afraid her hull is in bad shape.

That's the most beautiful car accessory I've ever seen.

I demand one.

It's a civil right.

Today is a good day to die.
I didn't say for whom.

The court had made their decision. Now let them enforce it.

Imagine this regime on Obamacare. “We didn’t deny Grandma permission to live, we just didn’t process the paperwork to save her life before she died.”

Yes, while this is true, Houston’s larger machine shops mostly support the big oilfield equipment makers Like Baker-Hughes, Smith International and Schlumberger. Many other smaller OEMs for the energy market are there too.

Currently, deep water exploration drives much of this manufacturing. Allot of this stuff is tubular in shape and big diameter stuff so it takes some pretty big ol lathes to turn those parts.

“Let’s not leave the refineries out.

EPA gives final “no” to Texas refinery permits”
____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Well I guess we can’t expect Zero to forget about his favorite Red state.

Since Zero hates refineries sooo much, I say we not bother to send any more refined products to any state he carried in his election.

If they want to be green, I’m all for making them the greenest they can get right now.

Mark Levin says that the White House and possibly Justice and DHS are in violation of a section of the U.S. Code 18, somewhere around Section 680’s or so, and that any govt official spending money on healthcare projects can be found guilty of contempt of court for trying to endrun support for an unconstitutional bill.

Also, DOI etc are in contempt re the continuing moratorium on oil drilling in the ban and might also be prosecuted under a contempt of court action.

Let’s hope that some in Congress press these points at scheduled congressional hearings and start to cut off funding for any agency or office that is in contempt of the court.

Hit them where it hurts, in the pocketbook. Obama is out of control and so is Salazar, Holder, Napolitano and Sebelius.

Time to bring the full force of the law down on them, up to and including impeachment.

What's it going to take to get this bastard in OUR White House to comply with the judge's orders, i.e. Issa/FOIA requests, Judge Vinson/Florida/healthcare, and now the gulf drilling permits?

I just read that on Bloomberg. Man, it sounds like Judge Feldman really hammered the administration for contempt of court. I wonder what’s next...I mean what can the judicial branch do to make the Interior Dept. follow the law if it refuses to obey the court’s decisions? This may end up being a great subject for hearings and investigation by the House GOP committee chairmen. This administration is simply dictatorial and autocratic in many areas. What if this case goes to the SCOTUS and then Obama & Salazar refuse to obey a SCOTUS order to end the moratorium on deepwater drilling? This could get very interesting in the end.

I’m thinking the same thing. This administration believes it’s a monarchy that makes up it’s own laws as it goes along and simply ignores congress and the courts. The liberal media, of course, is MIA on this threat to constitutional government.

The media isn't MIA on this threat. They are actively supporting it.

Will never happen. He will not be impeached....we don’t have near the votes. He will either be voted out or get term limited. That is our only option. Dreaming is great but right now realism is all we have.

“at what point will the people realize that the Kenyan entity’s conduct constitutes pure treason?”

When they get their little liberal monkey heads out of their butts! The rest of us KNOW it’s treason. We just aren’t sure what to do about it. A lot of us are sick and tired of writing and calling our reps with no result, no changes from this rogue executive branch! I think we know there are only 2 options....endure all the abuses until 2012 and risk the possibility that irreperable harm will most likely be done by then...or rise up and take to the streets.

The courts theoretically could issue warrants for arrest of the misbehaving parties and despite the secret service, even the president is not above the law.

If this contempt of court continues for a long time, it could lead to symbolic votes in the House on the impeachment of Salazar and possibly even Obama. Talk radio needs to get on this issue. This is a classic example of left-wing delusions about global warming theory combined with the autocratic behavior of the current regime.
