Why are you trying to get this guy to name names and such so you can identify him? If you think you are going to get away with winning a debate because someone won’t share identifying details or documentation of their personal experience or personal life, you are going to fail in internet forums.
Just because you worked in the State Department, don’t think you are an expert on everything that happens with everyone in the State Department. You are an honest and straight forward professional guy; but you are not everyone in the State Department and knowledgeable of every interaction.
