Yes, you read that headline correctly. The federal government has decided that spilled milk creates a serious enough danger that it needs to be regulated, and, the EPA is just the agency to do so. Follow the bouncing ball, here. It seems that the EPA has discovered that milk contains, a percentage of animal fat, which is a non-petroleum oil.

While my fireplace blazed on a spare the air day, I knocked over a container of milk while attempting to change mercury filled light bulb. Both the city I live in and the county have now been declared a disaster area.
No use crying......
Next - Livestock must be equipped with poop collection devices and exhaled CO2 collection devices. Each farm must have complete EPA approved facilities for processing the hazardous waste.
The EPA does not need to be replaced, it needs to be completely destroyed. Devolve the power to the states. If an individual state wants wacko regs that are beyond all logic, let them. And let their economy die. No bailouts. Just let the particular state remain a dump until they wake up.
Shouldn't there first be a determination of whether the dairy farmer is engaged in interstate commerce...???

The EPA is an insult to the intelligence of this country... maybe they always have been and I was too naive to notice. Truly they must be reined in, are our newly elected officials courageous enough to do what needs to be done?
