I thought at one point she claimed she had seen it, then because of the legal problems created by her referring to docs no one else had access to, she changed it to that statement.

I have poked around and can not find where Lingle made that claim herself. I checked the older blogs that followed every word, and this transcript is all that I can find. I do know that obama followers made the claim that she had - based on this exact interview.
I still cannot find a credible quote or account where Lingle stated she put her own eyes on it.
If anyone out there has that...me wants ! Thankee.
