So, dislike of Mexican illegal aliens would be xenophobic not racist.

Hatred of Communist China, or Dictator Hu, would be xenophobic, not racist.

And anyway, Jessie Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaackson said racism can only exist against MINORITIES, who by his definition have no power.

How can someone be racist about ChiComs? They are hardly a minority.
