I saw the news report yesterday when she was in Yemen and it looked like her jacket wasn't buttoned correctly. It was gaping where she had mistakenly buttoned the wrong buttonhole and was very noticeable. I felt bad for her (purely from a "What Not To Wear" standpoint!) because she seriously looked retarded...but now I think she was just sloshed!
