List of things I will never do...
1) take a lie detector test under any circumstances. It is not admissible in court for a reason.
2) Allow any law enforcement officer to enter my home or vehicle without a warrant. That includes your dog. I do not give your drug sniffing dog permission either.
3) Allow myself to be removed from my home or vehicle due to a general search ( an escaped criminal is in the area, a child is lost, we want to search your residence) or ( this is a drink driving enforcement roadblock. Exit your vehicle for a drunk test )
4) Speak to a law enforcement official, even if I am a witness, without an attorney present.
These rights are guaranteed to me under the constitution of the United States of America, and I do not give a crap who says or thinks what about it. If I were the parents of this kid, I would not allow them to search my home either. Not without a warrant ( I do believe a warrant can and probably will be granted, given the situation )...
Isn't driving a privilege not a right? How could you not do this if asked? Just asking.
