Oregon is one. They pulled in 180 million before they raised the income tax on “the rich”; the following year they only raised 130 million. The providers have left the state.

Liberals are impervious to the concept that if you increase the marginal tax rate enough you will get less revenue. Or else they do understand the concept but just don’t care.
