Facts are facts and case law is case law. Right now, there is no way to know how it would come down if someone was trying to throw out a sitting President based on the fact that he was born in the US out of wedlock in 1961 and one parent was a British Citizen- assuming anyone could ever get it far enough for the decision- which as we have seen..is not going to happen while Obama is President.

Hence my observation of "The end of America draws nigh, killed by lawyers and twisters of truth." Vattel's Law of Nations clearly defines a natural born citizen. Obama ain't one! It should be as simple as that to a reasonable man (or woman). Our days as a nation are numbered. I've grown weary of discussing the matter therefore let anybody that has a heartbeat be eligible to be President, hastening our demise and bringing about sooner our rebuilding again as the Founders intended. When Presidents began to ask what the meaning of is is, anything was then open for debate.
