Thankfully, TV and the blogosphere haven’t suffered any major Birther eruptions in a while, but Hawaii’s new Democratic governor, Neil Abercrombie, is poised to reignite the dumbest of Barack Obama’s scandals…in the name of putting a long-overdue stop to it. Abercrombie intends to settle the question of Obama’s citizenship status once and for all by releasing more previously-undisclosed birth records:
[T]he governor made clear in the CNN interview that he will push forward on this matter regardless of whether the White House is privately worried that it may bring more attention to the so-called “birthers” who continue to deny that Obama was born in America – despite evidence showing that he was.
“We haven’t had any of those discussions,” Abercrombie said of the White House. “It’s a matter of principle with me. I knew his mom and dad. I was here when he was born. Anybody who wants to ask a question honestly could have had their answer already.”
Asked if one option is to ask Obama to waive his privacy rights so that a copy of his actual birth certificate can be released publicly, Abercrombie cut off a reporter’s question.
“No, no, no – it’s not up to the president,” he said. “It has nothing to do with the president. It has to do with the people of Hawaii who love him, people who love his mom and dad. It has to do with respect the office of the president is entitled to. And it has to do with respect that every single person’s mother and father are entitled to.”
All the evidence we have overwhelmingly indicates that Obama was indeed born in Hawaii and is constitutionally eligible for the presidency.

Why the debate over ‘anchor babies?’ Indigent Mexicans (and other nationalities) come to the U.S. to have their children. U.S. citizenship, particularly in the early 1960s, was prized. Obama’s maternal grandparents weren’t stupid. They knew how to manipulate the lax Hawaii vital records laws and regs in order to create the ‘certification of live birth,’ a proxy for a hospital-generated birth certificate. They only wanted the best for their grandson. Possessing Kenyan/British citizenship was at the rock bottom of their wish list. Of course, they committed perjury in the process but, heck, it’s only about fudging the truth only so very slightly. After all, he did grow up in Hawaii. That should count for something. Only problem is that Obama ended up being a man without a country because his British subject status through his father languished and eventually dissolved. Covering his tracks has been the modus operandi of Mr. Obama for a long, long time.
You dont get it. It had nothing to do with being famous someday. It was similar to what happened to an idiot friend of mine who had a fling with a Brazilian actress in France. Nine months later she calls him from Rio saying she had a child, will he acknowledge it and give it his last name. He says yes, signs a doc, kid gets a US pp, mother gets to come hete with kid. Kid is obviously not his.
If O was born in Vancouver, Kenya, elsewhere, the gr. who was a very canny type, declared him born there, got b.c. under loose Hawaiin law - look it up. She was just trying to nake sure he didnt lose his citizenship with the foreign father and underage mother.
This same “canny” grandmother who supposedly let her underage daughter run off to Africa to have a baby she conceived with a Communist Kenyan? Yeah... i’m sure she was really a sharp cookie.
Also, you’ve asserted earlier that the law stipulates that Obama isn’t a NBS because his father wasn’t a citizen. In that case, the location of Obama’s birth is immaterial. Correct?
That is correct.
Then why is his birth certificate even an issue?
Not so fast. My dad was in the army and stationed in France when my brother was born; in a French hospital by the way. So my brother has a French birth certificate. When my brother turned 18 he had to go before a federal judge and declare citizenship, French or American. Even though my brother is a U.S. citizen technically he is not a NATURAL BORN citizen.
So maybe obama was born somewhere else and somehow got a Hawaii birth certificate though less than legal means, it’s possible.
Lots of very cunning and clever people cant control their children. Read about the gr and grf and you will see - they were communists.

You would still be incorrect... depending on YOUR interpretation of the US Constitution - which may not be valid.
If born in the US to parents who were fraudulently married- and thus had no marriage (it is not a voidable marriage..it is a VOID marriage ) and you are invalidating his status based on Obambi’s British citizenship - you are incorrect. Check British law about illegitimate babies at that time.
If you are invalidating his status based on Obambi’s father’s British citizenship alone..then you may or may not be incorrect. It would be up to a court/Congress to decide what constitutes Natural Born Citizen...and therefore you can’t claim as fact that he isn’t a NBC. ..it would only be a possibility based on legal argument which could be argued both ways.
Undoubtedly with the help of America’s intelligence agencies.
They make fake passports, visa’s, COB’s, foreign driver’s licenses, etc. They will have no problem creating the “REAL”
COB for all to see.
Facts are facts and case law is case law. Right now, there is no way to know how it would come down if someone was trying to throw out a sitting President based on the fact that he was born in the US out of wedlock in 1961 and one parent was a British Citizen- assuming anyone could ever get it far enough for the decision- which as we have seen..is not going to happen while Obama is President.
