What’s with the axiom that whatever we lose can never be regained, and then some?
Did I miss something in grade school study of the Constitution about the federal government owning, auctioning and regulating the ether?
Did I miss an electron amendment?
Ah, it must be information flowing across state lines that invokes the commerce clause...
The new House of Representatives, like every House before it, controls the purse strings.
If the new GOP members have a spine, all they have to do is cease all funding for the FCC until they rescind this stupid ruling, which the courts already ruled against in the recent past.
Play hardball, GOP.
FCC chairman is a red. He has hired Free Press McChesney’s aid to be his FCC spokewoman, and has Mark Lloyd, another red, as the Internet Advisor/Czar.
This has to be investigated and exposed ASAP.
I just heard on the Mark Levin show (recorded earlier) that Jim Demint said he is going to fight this. That man is going to need alot of support even if its only through email.
Next Congresses, For ‘11, For ‘12, And For Way Beyond: Overturn and never financially support ALL of this socialistic crap, always!

I would remind freepers that the Shah of Iran was brought down by audiocasette tapes...
Unintended Consequences rules. If the libtards think they can end the New American Revolution by silencing us, they will be sadly rewarded. Forced to find new ways to communicate, messages will find an entirely NEW magnitude (and attitude). If you think freepers are rowdy now, just wait.
Now, the Internet is a THREAT, as facts and dissent are available freely, and they have to stop the Conservative push to overthrow the Communist Regime. The results of the 2010 elections show them that the word is out, and they are being exposed, and they now will shut down that access to the facts.
They likewise are attacking (via the FCC) the Conservative voices on talk radio, which will be the next information source to be muzzled.
Can REAL Americans be that dumb to not see where we're headed?

But to get a right minded, conservative FCC chairman, we have to get rid of the little tin god...and his entire administration.
We'll have that chance soon enough. And if the 2010 midterms were "the most important elections of our lifetime", then the presidential election upcoming in 2012 is positively earth shattering!
This time around, we need to find eloquent, conservative, hard-line, staunch, right minded candidates to run for ALL OFFICES UP FOR ELECTION....including the Presidency.
We desperately need to gain all the seats possible. This means running the candidate who can win and then voting for them. Let's get the seats (and the presidential office) first....we can "fine tune" later.
As an example...Scott Brown (R?) MA....he needs to be "fine tuned" out of office, but he MUST be replaced by another R....not a D!
So...let's get more "Rs" in there...replace the little tin god with a natural born US citizen who is also a staunch conservative....and the FCC will be taken care of in due time.
Simple question. By what authority can the FCC just grab this power? Someone more learned than me please explain. It appears to me that they just declared that they have the authority to do this and those affected are expected to just go along. What if they don’t?
Can I simply claim for myself a new power? How about this? I declare the Net Neutrality power grab by the FCC null and void. How about that?
This may answer a few questions and fill in some background on the groups who brought this action and their methods.
The Net Neutrality Coup
The campaign to regulate the Internet was funded by a who’s who of left-liberal foundations.

The FCC power grab will end on January 20, 2013, when we put a real American in our White House so the country can once again have a president - a leader who will preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, which she reveres as much as other patriotic Americans do.
A Marxist flash mob has broken out in the Obama administration.
