Besides the issues I mean.
Because we have many guys/gals who agree on issues, but who don't have courage or the constitution to implement these ideas.

Simply put, it’s been my experience, that the candidates with “fire-in-the-belly” rise to the top or garner attention locally pretty fast, while the wallflowers might have the same message, they never catch fire, so ‘ruthlessness’ is definitely in play. :)
Well, what I meant was screwy personal business that can be used as a club by our own side to beat these folks over the head, like poor Christine in Delaware had. Like you said, personality, passion, bravery, and DEFINITELY ruthlessness.
